Sprout pancakes with Okra

Ingredients:

Green Moong sprouts 200gms, 50gms Okra, 20gms Lupin flour

Moong dal sprouts pancakes/paratha/cheela

Make a thick batter of sprouts, ginger, garlic.

Then add pink salt (as per taste), garam masala, jeera (cumin) powder.

Add lupin flour to the batter. Little onions to taste (optional)

On a non stick tawa, pour a thin layer and cook on both sides.

Okra sabji

In a cast iron or non stick pan, roast some mustard seeds then add chopped okra and a bit onions(optional).

Add turmeric, coriander powder, pink salt. Cook on medium flame until okra is a soft.

Corriander chutney

A handful of coriander leaves blended with a little water, garlic clove, pink salt and tamarind. It was really yum!
