Haloumi Asparagus

Ingredients:
Haloumi Cheese 100 gms
Asparagus Stalks 150 gms

Dry Spices:
Black Pepper
Cajun Spice

  1. Soak the haloumi in water for 15 mins.
  2. Chop it up in small pieces.
  3. Cut off the hard part of the asparagus stems.
  4. Chop up the asparagus as well in small pieces.
  5. Put them together in the pan, sautéing them on hot flame.
  6. I added little Cajun spice and black pepper!

After 5-10 mins, take off heat and enjoy hot!
