Haloumi Asparagus
Ingredients:
Haloumi Cheese 100 gms
Asparagus Stalks 150 gms
Dry Spices:
Black Pepper
Cajun Spice
- Soak the haloumi in water for 15 mins.
- Chop it up in small pieces.
- Cut off the hard part of the asparagus stems.
- Chop up the asparagus as well in small pieces.
- Put them together in the pan, sautéing them on hot flame.
- I added little Cajun spice and black pepper!
After 5-10 mins, take off heat and enjoy hot!
